Most businesses today,with few exceptions , are facing an unprecedented challenge in maintaining their vitality and relevancy to a vastly changing social, economic and environmental stage. What seems to be an endless pipeline of emerging issues and of the uncertainties created by these engaging forces, has given a greater sense of urgency.Companies will need to understand their impacts and position themselves in harmony with a society and a market that is quickly changing. Leaders and their teams will have to be continually vigilant with their products they produce and services they render to ensure their companies remain in the frame of wisdom and enlightenment in what may very well be a "new emerging renaissance of the 21st century."
