Business-Use-Of-Home Expenses

The expenses allowed to be claimed include:

Heat
Home Insurance
Electricity
Maintenance (i.e. cleaning materials)
Mortgage Interest (interest only, not mortgage payment)
Property Taxes
Water (if applicable to your business)
