Word has it that President Obama wants to ramp up spending his $787 billion stimulus package. Things are not moving fast enough for him. According to recovery.gov, only $37 billion had been spent as of May 22. While the president intends to ride herd over the speed of additional spending, there are already abundant signs of economic recovery back at the farmhouse.

hat issue is Energy, which I believe trumps the economy because increasing energy costs have been an important factor in harming the economy. But more importantly, the issue of Energy will ultimately decide if the United States can remain as a global super power.

With everyone’s energy costs rising so rapidly and our economy in question at least for another couple of years, we are all starting to look for easy ways to cut energy use and save money, for little to no cost.
