Networx, Cato Networks and Mosaic Networks Win Networx Government Contracts

NetWorx

NETWORX is a comprehensive telecom lifecycle management provider, offering audit, design, consulting, implementation support and monitoring for enterprise customers in wireless networking, data center computing and compliance areas.

This company also provides fully managed cloud infrastructure and business continuity services. Their unified platform enables the delivery of secure, resilient and reliable services while seamlessly integrating disparate legacy systems without incurring costly hardware investments. Their solution can either be deployed cloud or on-premise.

Mosaic NetworX recently announced their strategic alliance with Cato Networks, provider of the world’s first SD-WAN and network security platform. Together, this unique combination will offer Mosaic NetworX’s groundbreaking virtual channel program along with Cato’s industry-leading, SASE platform directly to mid-market businesses requiring diverse network connectivity in a fully managed solution.

Today, the General Services Administration awarded five companies multiyear contracts under its $20 billion Networx program that will provide voice, IP, satellite and wireless communications services to federal agencies. AT&T Inc., Level 3 Communications LLC, MCI Communications Services Inc., Qwest Government Services Inc and Sprint Solutions Inc were given awards under Networx Enterprise part of this program.

These contracts will enable companies to serve 135 federal agencies that are transitioning away from Networx Universal contract vehicles to Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), with lower price caps and simplified purchasing processes for networking services for federal departments.

This program has a $20 billion ceiling and allows agencies to purchase similar services with both types of contracts; however, each contract has different administrative rules and approval procedures. As opposed to Universal contracts, Enterprise contracts do not require agency approval before award and do not include an agency-wide competitive bidding process.

Networx has designed and implemented a model for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that places an emphasis on family-based relationships while supporting self-direction. This model involves weekly meetings that include shared meals and time for relationship building, mutual accountability and goal setting. This model also includes training classes focused on self-awareness, holistic poverty reduction strategies, resources available and community change. Networx aims to enable people to become engaged members of their communities while strengthening social inclusion. Furthermore, Networx provides transportation and childcare – often barriers to participation – at no additional cost. Mentoring and coaching services offered by this company enable individuals to overcome personal obstacles. Furthermore, this program teaches basic computer skills and money management; helping individuals build skills for employment, community living and independent living. Helping them become more independent leads to increased self-sufficiency and confidence as well as an enhanced sense of achievement and belonging. The program also provides access to recreational activities like movies and music while encouraging volunteerism and creating a sense of community within this population. Ultimately, its approach can be utilized throughout America and internationally.
