StrongRecovery Review

StrongRecovery

StrongRecovery is a computer utility designed to aid computer users in recovering deleted or lost files or data from hard drives or other storage media, including hard disk crashes, hardware failure or accidental deletion. Whether the loss was due to system corruption, hardware malfunction or simply human error, StrongRecovery allows them to retrieve documents, photos, videos and more that may have been erased or misplaced due to hardware or user error.

Once installed, this program walks users through an intuitive wizard-like process to make file recovery simple and effortless. Users also benefit from its Windows Explorer-esque interface where they can browse recovered files by type or filter them accordingly. However, be wary that creating or altering files while scanning is taking place could render them irrecoverable and make recovery impossible.

Although I found the program generally effective at recovering lost or missing data, there were a few issues while using it. For instance, its utility would sometimes indicate a file was ready for recovery when in reality it wasn’t; furthermore, only up to 4,000 files can be recovered at one time by using this software.

StrongRecovery can recover files from all types of media and supports multiple file systems, including NTFS, FAT32/FAT16/FAT12, exFAT ReiserFS ext2/3 HPFS etc. Additionally it is capable of recovering encrypted or compressed files as well as handling boot sector damage – it should certainly be given consideration if searching for an effective and powerful recovery solution. Regardless of these flaws StrongRecovery is still worthy of consideration when considering powerful yet efficient solutions to restore data loss or corruption.

Traditional mental health services have historically focused on helping those suffering from severe and persistent mental illness to recover. SAMHSA (Suicide and AIDS Management and Prevention Agency) developed the recovery model as an alternative. This model encourages individuals to look beyond their mental health issues to identify and develop their skills, interests and dreams while lessening any limits placed by society and family attitudes on those experiencing mental illness.

Recovery movement advocates that all individuals, no matter the nature or severity of their condition, have the right to live a full and rewarding life. In practical terms, this means being able to work, attend school or university courses and keep healthy relationships; access healthcare when required and have sufficient income.

Though many individuals with severe mental illnesses struggle to find employment, this trend is changing as our economy recovers from global financial crisis and businesses begin hiring again. This is great news for those living with mental health conditions as well as their families and communities. With growing recognition that mental health matters just as much as physical wellbeing, those affected by a mental health condition can contribute positively to society. Therefore, governments and businesses are under increasing pressure to support recovery initiatives and there has been an emphasis on community-based support systems – this being especially crucial for those living with severe and persistent mental health conditions.
